All plaintiffs in the lawsuit Archer, et al. v. Virginia Board of Dentistry, et al. have appealed the December 5 ruling by Judge McClenney to dismiss the lawsuit. The appeal was filed December 30, 2024. CSG is monitoring for any further activity.

The DDH Compact Commission is working to make the DDH Compact operational. A Request for Information has been issued about technology solutions for the DDH Compact Data System. Interested parties are encouraged to respond, due May 5, 2025.
